Baby Ace Thurston
Hi,
My name is Ace. I was born just this year, but I was in to big of a hurry to meet my mommy and daddy, and all the family they told me about while they waited for me to come into this world. I was born very small and weighed hardly anything, so mommy and I had to stay at the hospital a bit longer then the other babies.
My mommy and daddy, and even my grandpa sat beside me and kept me company.
After a while we got to go home, but since I was so little, I caught what the doctors called a "cold".
My mommy and daddy are younger then some parents and this sickness that other babies get is not easy on them. It is commonly called
Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)

Now a days mommy and daddy are back with me in the hospital where they do all sorts of things to me to make me better. My grandma and grandpa in New Mexico have set up this page so others with small babies like me can learn more of this and grandpa has even decided that half of all the sales from his music will go to this account.
Why you may ask? Well...it's very hard sometimes for mommies and daddies to be able to come in the same transport as their babies, or they have other children and only a mommy or only a daddy and no one to stay with if the hospital doesn't let them stay with their babies.
Worse part even, they have to eat the yucky food out of vending machines if they have spare change even, or sleep in their cars cause they have no where else to stay.
This foundation they are setting up will take a long time to be of great help but what it will do in the long run.. is if a mommy or daddy can't go to their babies cause either no gas money.. or no place to stay.. or no money for food while they sit and watch over their sick babies.. this money can be used to help them.
To many this will sound silly or a waste of time... but due to finances.... my mommies mommy I haven't met yet or my grandpa whose trying to do all this.
